Developer data, such as account transactions via OSP or CSV, can be imported directly into abakusBT. Furthermore, all purchase agreements—including specific details such as sweat equity, special requests, installment plans, and final financing—are integrated within abakusBT and provide critical information.
The user is relieved of the manual workload right from the start of the object data entry thanks to flexible data exchange: you can provide your partner, the developer, with Excel templates for calculations and the list of planned apartments or units for processing, and then import them intelligently. Of course, post-processing in abakusBT is possible at any time if required.
And if the developer uses the developer software AMADEUS from the company DATEX for their planning, their calculation and unit data can be imported directly from there into abakusBT. Further connections are possible and desired for the future—please feel free to contact us.
CSV Interface with and without OSPlus
An integration with the Finanz Informatik OSPlus system is available via an optional interface, allowing for the exchange of central data. Through the OSPlus account transaction interface, bookings from accounts (e.g., purchase price receipts) can be imported, eliminating the need for manual entry in abakusBT and requiring only supplementary details where necessary. Furthermore, the OSPlus collateral interface allows collateral data to be transferred directly from abakusBT to OSPlus.
For banks not connected to the Sparkassen-Informatik OSPlus system, abakusBT also offers an optional CSV interface for importing account transactions from other third-party systems.
By using the (OSM) OpenStreetMap module, you can visualize all properties on OpenStreetMap maps. The combination of the overview map and property information provides a centralized graphical overview of the construction progress and the status of the displayed objects.
The standard scope of abakusBT includes an Excel integration, allowing you to export all data content to create independent evaluations. Such visualizations are even easier to generate using the highly configurable abakusBT multi-export function. Furthermore, Word and PDF integrations are available for extensive correspondence.
