Since many details and evaluations are similar to those in the highly successful highQ solution for developer loan management, abakusBT, and there was a demand for a similar application for property holder projects, highQ has developed and implemented a module specifically for managing property holder assets: abakusRE.
The Best of Both Worlds
The property holder module abakusRE is fully integrated into the main abakusBT program. For users of abakusBT, the layout of the main interface remains unchanged. Property developers and property holders are managed in a shared customer database, and the property management section contains objects of all types. Differences only arise when opening a specific property, depending on the customer category and property type.
By combining abakusBT and abakusRE in a single program, "mixed types" can also be mapped—such as property holder assets involving major construction measures (including cost controlling) or projects from developers. Furthermore, converting a property developer object into a property holder object after completion is possible without any problems.

Highly user-friendly
With abakusRE, you manage your existing properties optimally. Individual data is entered once into clear input masks. Plausibility checks during entry and saving largely prevent incorrect inputs. In addition to property-related and specific basic data, all financing components and lease agreements are recorded. Using the Excel interface, you can also import selected data provided by the customer (e.g., a list of rental units) directly into the software.
Data Entry and Overview
The program evaluates the recorded data, providing you with an optimal overview of the current situation and the projected development of profit and debt service for the coming years. Furthermore, scenario analyses can be used to estimate how the figures would develop if the underlying conditions were to change.
A cross-property evaluation of all tenants enables the identification of cluster risks. All data and evaluations can also be exported to Excel.
